  1. Clean the courgettes and halve them lengthwise. Hollow out enough flesh to leave about half a centimetre of skin with the flesh. Salt the courgettes and let them marinate until the filling is ready.
  2. Prepare the filling. Sauté the onions and garlic in oil. Add the canned tuna and fry until done.
