  • 200 g  herb cream cheese
  • 1 eetlepel(s)  boter
  • 5 teentjes  knoflook

Voorbereiding
  1. Prepare the filling. Chop the spinach and fry it in butter together with the garlic. Add the herb cheese spread and let it cool.
  2. Put the spinach filling on the puff pastry and form into a roll.
  3. Cut the roll into 1 cm rings and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
